The Elbridge Rod and Gun Club has many accommodations to suit the sportsman's needs. The Club has rifle ranges with shooting distances out to 100 yards. Behind the club house is a 25 yard pistol range. On the lower grounds is the archery range where we have a raised shooting platform to simulate shooting from a tree stand. The shooting hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM to sunset and Sunday 9:00 AM to sunset.
MEETING. The next Club meeting will be Saturday, 05/03/2025 at 11 AM. The ranges will be closed during Club meetings.
CLUB CLEANUP. The Club cleanup will be Sat., 05/03/2025 from 8 - 11 am followed by the Club meeting at 11 am. For the cleanup, bring garden tools, rakes, shovels, gloves, etc., even a chain saw would help. All ranges will be cleaned, including the downed tree limbs in the archery range.
TRAP SHOOTING. Trap shooting is every Sunday 9 am to noon until December on the lower range (weather permitting). The cost is $5 per 25 clay birds with shooters under the age of 16 or in high school free. The lower range is closed to other shooters during the trap session.
THE RANGES. To prevent ricochets, refrain from using ground targets. Multiple shooters using the lower range must designate a Range Safety Officer to control the firing line through the operation of the red warning lights. Updated, 04/21/2025
